The Girls Development Academy is focused solely on the continued development and exposure of female players from both Empire Buffalo, Rochester, Niagara and Syracuse regions. The program is for U12-U18 girls where highly motivated players from Western and Central NY can come together to train once/week, improve their skills, and build camaraderie.
Buffalo and Rochester clubs have a long-standing rivalry which has lead to the production of some very good players (iron sharpens iron)! However, through years of experience, we know that a cooperative effort between both cities is necessary to achieve the type of success regionally and nationally that we want for our players. We can aim to be the best city in WNY, or we can choose to be the best state in Region I. For our club, it's an obvious choice.
We plan to develop relationships between players, families, and staff members at all ages to help facilitate the growth and progress of our teams, players, and coaches.
